How quickly do I get to see results with your approach?
It takes us roughly 14 working days to get things set up for you and then we start running your ads. Results – in the form of booked appointments – can appear the first day your ads or your database reactivations campaigns run. We also need to set up a phone number that could take a few days for compliance approval for your business.
From there, we refine your ads as results come in, looking for small improvements in order to increase overall results. That can take 3 – 4 weeks. But you’ll be getting appointments in the meantime – and we’ll be aiming to run the size of campaign necessary to keep your company fully busy throughout. You need to be able to handle the increased appointments and orders before we begin your ad campaign.
Can I add my team to assist with managing the clients?
Absolutely. We make it simple and easy to add as many team members as necessary for you to maximize the potential of your sales cycle. We can help onboard and train your team to use the software and on best practices to keep your flywheel operating at it's highest level.
Do I have to sign a long term contract to work with you?
We have two options. You can sign up with us for a contracted term and pay upfront for a discount. Or pay monthly with no contract. We provide flexible options to make it simple and easy for you to work with us. You are a service business and we are a service business. Our goal is to provide a fantastic service for you to grow your business with us so it will be a no brainier for you to stay with us long term.
What happens if I cancel my service, will I lose all my data and access to the software?
If you decide for some crazy reason to cancel with us we have options. Your database of leads and clients are yours and we can assist you with exporting them to a csv file for you to keep.
As far as access to the software, what we provide for you is our basic software package with add ons such as access to our prebuilt, done for your workflows, done for you Facebook ads, appointment booking A. I., done for you landing pages, and more.
If you cancel you will have options to keep the basic software platform for a monthly fee or even some of the richer add ons for a larger monthly fee.
What type of support do you offer?
We offer multiple onboarding calls to get you set up and to get you and your team assimilated with the system.
If you need help after that with the software, you will have access to a huge database of help articles and videos, personal chat and zoom calls.
If you need help with your campaigns or would like to change things regarding you appointments booking systems and campaigns we are available via zoom and email to assist.

Does your software integrate with ours?
We have a robust API and can easily integrate with many software systems out there. If not we will always look for alternative solutions such as Zapier to bridge the gap.
